Typically, building care is a service included within Project Delivery with the ongoing evaluation of building quality dovetailing with final defects inspections and the handover of complete as-built documentation and warrantees. However, Codicote can offer this service as a stand-alone, especially for buildings that may not have been delivered in the manner that was initially expected.
