Established in 2007, Codicote is named after the historic village in Hertfordshire, England, where the company’s founder and managing director, Dave Jenkins, was born.

Codicote today is comprised of a highly motivated and passionate team of construction professionals with extensive experience as on-site builders, working to support clients across diverse geographical locations, both in Australia and overseas.

The Codicote team includes builders, construction planners and client project managers with several decades of experience with major companies including Westfield, Concrete Constructions, Lendlease, Multiplex, Leighton, Walton, Balfour Beatty, Costain and Wimpey. Prior to founding Codicote, Dave Jenkins worked in construction for Tier One builders for 25 years.

Codicote’s years of experience at the building coalface, as well as our solid understanding of construction technology and processes, are at the core of the unique position we occupy as a specialist service for developers.
