Project Profile

In October 2020, a private client appointed Codicote to provide Design Management and Project Management services for their penthouse redevelopment. The residence is situated within a pair of commercial and residential towers right in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Codicote was engaged to manage the design development and tender process of the penthouse fitout, featuring superior design choices throughout including accent stone bench tops, dark timber veneer finishes and leather upholstery, combining modern glamour with timeless sophistication.

Codicote worked with the Strata Managers to approve the proposed works and delivered a turnkey solution including all furniture, equipment and appliances.

Following the tender process, a contractor was appointed in February 2021, with stone and joinery procurement activities accelerated in order to meet a completion date of June 2021, including a swift production of shop drawings, as well as factory visits and stone dry lays.

Codicote provided Defect Management services to coordinate the identification, monitoring and rectification of any defects in conjunction with the Contractor and the Client.
