Project Profile

Greenland’s luxurious Omnia Potts Point development comprises 135 high-end luxury apartments within a single 19 storey tower. Omnia offers sweeping views over the Sydney CBD skyline plus stunning harbour views that include the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, as well as views over Elizabeth Bay, Watsons Bay and the North and South Heads to the east.

The tower includes a selection of high quality and custom bespoke one, two and three bedroom residences and penthouses.

Greenland Group appointed Codicote in January 2017 to undertake the Construction Advice, Construction Planning, Programme Management, Design Management and Procurement of the Omnia project at Potts Point, their third development in Australia. Additionally, Codicote was engaged as Superintendent to the contract on behalf of Greenland Group.

Early in to the project, Codicote delivered a significant value engineering and build cost saving, in excess of 10% of the project value, through our construction knowledge and construction methodology in conjunction with the Client, the builder and the consultant team.

Codicote was also engaged to manage the design development and tender process of three customised penthouse fitouts. Spanning two palatial floors, the penthouses are connected by a grand spiral staircase encasing a glass elevator. With custom joinery and opulent finishes, the Omnia penthouses combine modern glamour with timeless elegance.

Following settlement, Codicote was engaged to manage outstanding defects during the defect liability period. This role included educating owners on defect identification and successfully coordinating the review and resolution of all outstanding defects in conjunction with the Contractor and Principal.
