Project Profile

Crossroads Homemaker Centre is a core prime quality Large Format Retail centre located in the Sydney metropolitan suburb of Casula.

Situated on an expansive 14.3 hectare site, the centre is the 7th largest Large Format Retail centre in Australia with over 50,000 sqm of retail space and features national tenants including Bunnings, Amart, The Good Guys, Chemist Warehouse, Petbarn, Fantastic Future and Baby Bunting.

Codicote was appointed by Ashe Morgan in Oct 2019 as client-side Project Manager, providing Construction Advice, Construction Planning, Design Management, Procurement Management and Tenancy Coordination. The works comprise a number of individual projects including:

• Lot 203 Expansion | Extension of an existing building to create five new bulky goods outlets
• Lot 202 Planet Fitness | Converting existing retail space in to a 2,500 sqm gym
• Lot 202, Units 12A, B & C | Division of one tenancy in to three
• Unit 17A & B, Amart Storage | Subdivision and expansive lessor works
• The Food Ribbon | Extension and refurbishment with addition of five new food operators, larger toilets and children’s playground
• Bunnings | Rotation of building 90 degrees on its axis, plus refurbishment and the addition of underground parking
