Project Profile
Central Barangaroo is the third and final phase of the ambitious vision of Sydney CBD’s western waterfront. Billed as the cultural and civic focal point of Barangaroo, the development also includes 150,000sqm of commercial and retail floor space amongst the 5.2 hectare (43,000sqm) site.
Oxford Properties engaged Codicote to undertake an assessment on the development timeframe as part of their investment due diligence.
