Project Profile

The 367 Collins Street property was purchased by Mirvac to reposition the asset with the strategic intent that it was about being a sought after location. Together with Woods Bagot, Mirvac embarked on upgrade works to bring the asset in line with surrounding commercial buildings.

Stage 1 of the works involved the construction of an End of Trip Facility (EOTF) located in the Lower Ground area. The new facility is accessed externally via a side lane, and accommodates over 200 bike racks, 242 male lockers and 208 female lockers.

The scope of works undertaken included the removal of hazardous materials and subsequent sign-off that the area was free of contaminated material, the demolition of the existing walls, floor finishes, ceilings and redundant services, and the construction of the EOTF, which created a comfortable and luxurious purpose built space for bike riders and other active city workers.

Codicote was engaged to manage the finalisation of the design, re-tender of the works, the appointment of the Head Contractor, and to act as Project Manager and Superintendent during the construction phase.
