Codicote was appointed in May 2017 as the client project manager, which covers design management, builder appointment and construction planning. Our remit included selection of principal project consultants. Our involvement resulted in a collaborative improvement on the yield by 1.8% since May 2017.
Located in a picturesque, leafy pocket of Doncaster East, the Anderson Creek Townhomes is a boutique collection of 58 stunning residences designed to offer connected, luxury living, inspired by the majesty of nature.
This top end quality residential development is Wonder Property’s first development in Australia. They are passionate about setting the benchmark for their company and brand on this inaugural development. Wonder Property has a stated long-term commitment to sustainable quality developments for their targeted ownership groups, which focus on young professionals and families.
The existing terrain is highly contoured with a 16m / 9.3% slope over the site. Our challenge has been to focus on the existing contouring and neighbouring properties, whilst solving the demands of maintaining the existing 100-year flow path requirements through the proposed residential village. The resultant draft ‘Village Development’ layout has been reviewed by the council and their sustainability forum.
Preliminary cost planning and buildability optioneering confirm that completion of the residential village is expected in 2021.
