Codicote has been engaged by Positive Investment Enterprise to provide Construction Advisory services to assist with their rezoning application for Stage 2 & 3 of their 23 - 27 Schofields Road residential development project, Kew.

Schofields is experiencing incredible growth with the recently completed Sydney Metro Northwest project bringing over 15 trains per hour to and from the city to Sydney’s North-West. The Kew development will offer a generous range of one, two and three bedroom apartments, each based on an effortless floor plan that maximises both space and utility.

The client wanted to capitalise on the location of the Schofield’s site by amending the existing zoning of the development to include a commercial / retail precinct within Stage 2, with the addition of an alfresco dining area to Stage 3. The vision is to invigorate and enhance the amenity and liveability of the development as a whole.

Codicote is managing the tendering and engagement of all consultants and is acting as the developers representative for all dealings with Blacktown City Council including, but not presenting, the revised proposal to council pre-submission and responding to any RFIs during the assessment period.
